has added another plot of land to its portfolio in the Richmond market.
Lidl purchased 7.53 acres at 6030 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield County for
$1.73 million according to broker C.J. Blankenbeckler, whose Blankenbeckler
Real Estate represented the sellers in the June 2 deal.

CJ Blankenbeckler has over 40 years experience in sales and leasing of Commercial,
Industrial, and Investment Real Estate. The main emphasis has been on sales of
properties as opposed to leasing. Most deals involved land sales instead of improved
properties. Endeavors included buyer and seller representation along with research
including site analysis and selection. The majority of work has been in Virginia with a
concentration around the Richmond area.
CJ is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in
Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. He obtained his Virginia Sales License in
September 1979 and Associate Broker License in April 1986. He left Sigma National, Inc. in
August of 1999 to form Blankenbeckler Real Estate, Inc.
